Once a DSC order is submitted and KYC verification has started, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• If the application is rejected due to our error.
• If the token is not dispatched within 7 working days of successful KYC.

A processing charge of 2% may be deducted from any refunds issued for online payments. To request a refund, email contact@signdo.in with your reference ID.
